LOSS DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS
Any order lost or returned due to the customer adding the incorrect shipping address will not be refunded or mailed back out without the customer paying the additional shipping and handling costs. With that being said, if you input the wrong shipping address and your order has been shipped out to the wrong address we can help you out by talking to the courier company to update the correct shipping address as long as you agree to cover all shipping expenses levied by the courier company.
